4. Anti-Fraud and Technical Misuse Prevention

4.1 Code Tampering and Security Bypass
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
• Modifying, decoding, or reverse engineering any part of the licensing code.
• Attempting to bypass or disable licensing, activation, or verification systems.
• Using tools or scripts designed to interfere with platform security.
• Removing, altering, or tampering with any protection layer or license validation logic.

4.2 Unauthorized License Creation
It is strictly prohibited to:
• Generate or use fake or unauthorized license keys.
• Activate a single license on multiple websites.
• Use VPN/proxy services to bypass geographical or security restrictions for paid services.
• Falsely claim ownership of licenses or obtain licenses illegally.

4.3 Misuse of Verification APIs
Users may not:
• Send abnormal or excessive API requests.
• Conduct stress or load testing on YOOAdmin servers.
• Attempt password attacks or brute-force activation.

4.4 Legal and Operational Consequences
YOOAdmin reserves the right to:
• Immediately revoke licenses without notice.
• Suspend or terminate accounts.
• Permanently block access.
• Deny refunds.
• Initiate legal action and report violations to relevant authorities.

5. Prohibited Content and Activities
YOOAdmin Cloud services and licenses may not be used to support, host, or facilitate any website or content that includes:

5.1 Adult or Sexual Content
• Pornography and explicit sexual material.
• Adult streaming or services.
• Content exploiting minors in any form.

5.2 Religious Insult or Defamation
• Content insulting the Abrahamic religions (Islam, Christianity, Judaism).
• Mocking or defaming prophets or religious figures.
• Content promoting religious hatred or offensive discussions of sacred beliefs.

5.3 Immoral, Harmful, or Hateful Content
• Hate speech, racism, or discrimination.
• Violence, extremism, or incitement.
• Defamation, slander, or malicious targeting.

5.4 Illegal or Criminal Activities
• Gambling platforms, drug trade, or human trafficking.
• Any activity prohibited by law.

6. Geopolitical and Ethical Restrictions
YOOAdmin operates under internal ethical guidelines reflecting the company’s humanitarian commitments.

6.1 Restrictions on Israeli Entities
YOOAdmin does not provide Cloud support, updates, or official licensing services (free or paid) to:
• Any user, entity, or organization directly linked to Israeli institutions.
• Any user whose domain, IP address, or payment details indicate affiliation with Israeli-controlled systems.
• Companies or individuals providing direct support to the Israeli occupation.
• This policy reflects YOOPixel’s moral stance supporting the Palestinian people and rejecting normalization.

6.2 Enforcement
If a violation is detected, the license will be revoked immediately without notice and without eligibility for refunds.

• All activation and verification operations are monitored for security purposes.
• Advanced monitoring technologies, including AI-based detection, may be used.
• System logs may be recorded to prevent breaches or unauthorized access to intellectual property.

Under no circumstances will YOOAdmin issue refunds or reinstate canceled licenses when violations involve fraud, security breaches, or non-compliance with this policy.
