1. Digital Product Nature
Due to the digital nature of YOOAdmin licenses and Cloud services, all sales are final once a license key has been issued or activated.

2. No-Refund Conditions
YOOAdmin strictly does not provide refunds in the following cases:
• Violation of any terms in the Terms of Service or Compliance Policy.
• Licenses revoked due to use in prohibited content (Adult, Religious Insult, Illegal activities).
• Licenses revoked due to geographic or political restrictions (Israeli entities/infrastructure).
• Discovery of code manipulation, bypassing activation, or system tampering.
• Intentional masking of identity or location to obtain a license.

3. Technical Issues
Refunds are not granted for technical incompatibilities with third-party plugins, themes, or specific server environments not met by our minimum requirements. Users are encouraged to test the free version before upgrading.

4. Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds for “change of mind” or if a user decides they no longer need the tool after purchase.

5. Exceptional Cases
Any refund request outside the above conditions is at the sole discretion of YOOPixel and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If a refund is granted, the license and all associated Cloud data will be permanently deleted.
