All dashboard modifications and configuration settings remain within your local WordPress database unless you explicitly connect to optional Cloud services.

2. Data Collection (Cloud & Licensed Services Only)

Data collection occurs only if a user voluntarily creates an account, activates a license, or connects to YOOAdmin Cloud services.

When Cloud services are enabled, we may process:

• Account Information: Name, email address, and billing details provided during registration.
• License Validation Data: Website URL, IP address, and WordPress version for activation and security checks.
• Technical Usage Data: Limited technical information required to maintain service stability and improve infrastructure reliability.

For users who opt into Cloud services, data is processed to:

• Validate and manage active licenses.
