What YOOAdmin Does NOT Collect
- No tracking scripts — zero analytics or telemetry in Lite
- No external requests — unless you activate a license
- No user behavior monitoring
- No personal data sent externally
What Data is Stored Locally
All data remains in your WordPress database:
- Settings — colors, logo, preferences (stored as WordPress options)
- Notifications — admin notices, update alerts (stored in custom tables)
- User preferences — Focus Mode state, notification settings (stored as user meta)
- Dashboard customizations — card order, quick actions (stored as user meta)
License Connection (Optional)
When you activate a free or paid license:
- Site URL is sent to yooadmin.io for license validation
- License key is stored locally in your database
- No user data or content is transmitted
- Connection is HTTPS-encrypted
- You can deactivate the license at any time
In Extended with an active license:
- External notifications can be received (security alerts, feature announcements)
- Extensions Library API becomes accessible
- All communication is opt-in and can be disabled
