Focus Mode is the on/off switch for the entire YOOAdmin interface.
| State | Effect |
|---|---|
| ON | YOOAdmin header, sidebar, dashboard, and all customizations are active. |
| OFF | All YOOAdmin changes are removed. The standard unmodified WordPress admin is shown. |
How to toggle (per user):
Navigate to YOOAdmin → Enable Focus Mode and click the toggle button. This sets a browser cookie (yoo_focus) that lasts 1 year. Each user on the site can have a different state.
Global policy (Settings → Focus Mode):
An administrator can override the per-user cookie for the entire site:
- Auto (default) — each user’s cookie is respected.
- On — forces Focus Mode on for all users, regardless of their cookie.
- Off — forces Focus Mode off for all users. Only the “Enable Focus Mode” link remains in the YOOAdmin menu.
