The YOOAdmin Dashboard (YOOAdmin → Dashboard) has three areas:
Welcome Card
Displays a welcome message with your site name. Admins can click the Edit (pencil) icon to customize the title and body text. Below the message, five quick links provide one-click access to common areas: Customize, License, Extensions, Theme Colors, and Report Bug.
Quick Actions Card
Up to 5 configurable shortcut tiles. Default tiles: Add Post, Add Page, Plugin Manager (or Add Plugin), Extensions, Settings.
To customize:
- Click the Edit button on the card.
- Click the + button to add a new tile.
- Click any tile’s edit icon to change its label, URL, icon, and target (same tab or new tab).
- Drag tiles to reorder them.
- Click the delete icon to remove a tile.
Website Management Card
A full icon grid of every admin page the current user has access to. Tiles with pending items (plugin updates, comments, orders) display a numeric badge.
To customize:
- Click Edit to enter edit mode.
- Drag tiles to reorder them.
- Click the hide icon on a tile to remove it from the grid.
- Click Reset to restore the default order and visibility.
